However, we absolutely love it - that is why we are sometimes considered a strange bunch!

Our services are personalised to each of our clients, and will be carried out by one account manager only. This means you can be confident that the whole process, from building initial relationships to closing the sale, is efficient and streamlined.

We believe in working with our clients to produce the best results:

  • We will have an initial, complimentary meeting resulting in a detailed plan.

  • This gives us the opportunity to ensure that we agree on the objectives of your campaign and the service or product you are offering to potential customers and the Features and Benefits you offer as a company.

  • We will then agree on the approach/introduction you would like us to use and set key questions you would like us to ask in order to retrieve relevant information from potential customers (this is often valuable information for use in future campaigns) and discuss ways of sending out information to them on your behalf if you choose this option.

  • We can provide detailed reports at the end of each session, outlining appointments made, and other relevant feedback which includes details of conversations and a summary. It also details any follow up required whether by yourself or us if you would prefer (such as emails, follow up calls etc.)
